Manny Fellows Program
San Francisco needs the next generation of civic leaders. This fall, be one of them.
The Manny Fellows Program is a selective, hands-on fellowship for high school and college students who want real experience working on a political campaign in San Francisco. Fellows work directly alongside the campaign team, taking on meaningful responsibilities across field, events, and communications. You will do real work, from day one.
What You'll Do
As a Manny Fellow, you will canvass neighborhoods across District 8, engage voters in conversation, staff and help plan campaign events, and support field and communications projects as they arise. Fellows work 15+ hours per week, in person, out of our Noe Valley headquarters or in the district.
What You'll Gain
Fellows leave the program with tangible, resume-ready campaign experience, mentorship from political professionals, and a lasting network of civic leaders and community advocates across San Francisco.

A note on selectivity
The fellowship is competitive. We select a small cohort to ensure every fellow gets real responsibility and close mentorship.
We are looking for students who are hard-working, curious, and genuinely motivated to serve their community. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and space is limited. We encourage you to apply early.
