Manny believes every block should feel safe, cared for and full of life. He’s organized cleanups, lit dark streets, and thrown block parties that have brought neighbors together. He knows safety and joy go hand in hand, and both take work.

What MANNY WILL DO AS SUPERVISOR:

• Invest in street cleaning, lighting and upkeep so neighborhoods feel cared for

• Make public spaces more welcoming for families, seniors and all our neighbors

• Confront open-air drug markets and unsafe encampments with urgency and compassion

• Rapidly expand access to mental health care, addiction treatment & transitional housing

• Support public art, live music and community-led events that bring joy to our streets
